Savannah's hair regimen and recipe:
"I’ve been using henna to dye my hair for a little over a year now and I love it! I used to bleach my hair blonde for years and have had every color of hair under the sun…needless to say my hair was fried, and badly damaged. I tried every product in the store to try to restore my hair and nothing worked, until I did some research online and stumbled upon henna. I was a bit skeptical at first, after all, I tried every salon product out there and nothing worked well, so how will a little plant help? Boy was I surprised! I bought henna, indigo and amla powders online, mixed them together and after many hours and quite a mess, my hair looked gorgeous! I’ve been using henna for over a year now to dye my hair a perfect shade of auburn brown.
My recipe is as follows…
200g of henna powder 100g of Indigo powder 50 g of Amla powder
I mix up the henna with lemon juice the night before I want to dye my hair, let it sit overnight, then I mix the indigo and amla powders with warm water and add them to my henna mix. Let it sit on my hair for 3-4 hours, rinse and voila!
I love the way my hair looks and how fast it grows now. I’m always getting compliments from people about how nice and shiny my hair is. I will never go back to commercial hair dyes again."

I'm combo 4 a/b hair type, with naturally off- black hair. This is my first henna purchase from hennasooq. After reading all the reviews, I finally made my 1st purchase. I am now hooked. It made my curls loose but I'm okay with that because it's so soft and shiny. My hair is easier to manage, cutting down styling time and I don't dread the process anymore. This henna was easily mixed, beautiful dye release and easily applied and removed. I will order in bulk from now on. Thank you hennasooq for a superior product.

I've never used henna before. In fact, I've never colored by hair ever before so I went into this nervous my full head of natural hair was going to come out in clumps. Silly me because this stuff is amazing. My hair was soft and manageable with rich burgundy tones. It did loosen my curl pattern but that was fine by me. And the customer service was excellent. Am trying Red Raj next!

I took a few weeks to do a bit of research on changing my hair color with Henna powder before I bought it. I was surprised by all the things that Henna can be used for. And I was glad that it would be safe for my hair. Since I have color treated and damaged hair I wanted to use BAQ Henna. Henna Sooq was the only website that provide BAQ Henna for a price I could afford and still give me a quality product. The instructions were easy to follow. I did not wait the whole amount of time recommended before I placed the Henna on my hair. I only left the Henna in my hair for about an hour because I wasn't sure how dark it would get since it was my first time using it. I love it! My hair is the color of orange colored flames. I have had compliments on my hair so much since using it. I am definitely going to use it again. My hair feels great and looks healthy. I just love it!

First off, I want to say that I love this henna! This is the second time henning my hair, the first with this particular product. This henna is so fine which makes it so easy to mix, apply to hair and wash out. I just used the basic recipe of water to henna and let it sit for 2 hours to release the color. I left it on my hair for 6 hours and the color is a beautiful light auburn. I will never go back to box color again. My hair is soft, and shiny.

I have been using henna from this region for several years that is supplied by another merchant. I found this batch of powder to be familiar and reliable. Dye release was achieved quickly (I mix 8 hours prior to use with orange juice) and it rinsed out very well after leaving in five hours. My color is same as ever. I was glad to find this at HennaSooq. Thank you.

First time purchasing & ordering from Hennasooq, and was very pleased with how fast the products were shipped. The packaging and instructions on how to use the henna and cassia obovata were very helpful. The henna Rajasthani came out beautifully when mixed with a little bit of cassia obovata, the color is a rich vibrant coppery red on brown hair. I will be ordering my henna from this store from now on. Thank you Hennasooq.

Could not wait to this…..I'll tried others (on-line & Indian Supermarkets) I've hennaed my hair since 2011, because my hair was so damage from Salons', and very reputable one in NYC :( And the tons of money spent :(
OMG! What can I say! I use Coconut Milk for releasing. Rinsing was very good. The color is great. Also use YOUR Hibiscus Petal Powder with the henna. My hair looks great and so soft.
Your are my new best friend!!

This is the BEST henna I have ever tried!
I used 200 gr on my long hair, mixed it with warm distilled water and a little bit of red wine (all I had!. Let it sit for 3-4 hours. Put on my hair for 5 hours and WOW! The coverage is fantastic, even on my gray hair that didn't turn brassy orange but a beautiful red. This henna gives a fantastic color to my dark brown hair. I LOVE it!!!!

This henna mixed really well I give it that, but upon rinsing it out it felt like sand it also clogged my drain which never happens with the jamila henna. I love henna sooq but I don't love this henna. Won't repurchase
