About Us

Henna/mehndi artist, Khadija Dawn Carryl, began her love for henna when she came upon the religion of Islam. She saw how fellow sisters came together to do henna and how close it brought them all. She wanted to learn more about henna so that she could share this with so many more people. In her search, she realized that this would also be a good business. So she decided to open the Henna Sooq. We are here today sharing henna with as many people as we can reach.

She has been doing henna on her own hair since 1998, and body art since 2005.

When people come together to do henna it always bring happiness with it. Henna truly opens the door for all kinds of minds. We here at Henna Sooq feel strongly about henna being more then just a business, and we are committed to bringing a high quality product to you, with service that will make you feel apart of the Henna Sooq's family. We welcome you into our home and hope you enjoy your stay.
