I had never used cassia or amla before and this kit was great! Here is my basic recipe for fine, slightly longer than shoulder-length hair:
-40g Cassia Obovata Powder
-1 tbsp Amla powder
-1 tsp 100% lavender essential oil
-Dried, crushed rose petals as needed
-Enough boiling water to make paste a toothpaste-like consistency
It really cleanses your hair, makes it shine, and leaves your hair feeling really healthy. Amla is supposed to encourage hair growth which is also very good. I would definitely recommend this once every week or two weeks for anyone to rejuvenate their hair =)
