Instructions and recipes can be downloaded via the Instruction tab.
Our organic indigo is packaged in double plastic bags inside of foil packaging. This ensures freshness.
Important please note: our organic indigo differs from our indigo that is non-organic. They are from two different farms, and the results vary. This difference is similar to the difference in color results between henna powders. Our non-organic indigo (Indigo for Hair) is better for those who have resistant hair and greys (that are hard to color), and for those wanting rich dark tones, including black.

After reading the descriptions for using indigo along with henna to achieve a black hair color it suggested that the "Indigo for Hair" will have a better result than the "Organic Indigo for Hair". They were out of stock of the Indigo for hair so I took a chance and ordered the Organic one. I used it in a 2 step process with the henna and it totally covered my grays dark black. I am very pleased with the results. Next time they have it in stock I will order the Indigo for hair and see if the results are better as stated in the description but the organic one works great.

So I did the Henna which did exactly as decribed. It left my her a bright orange (1st time user w 50% gray). Well i was scared to say the least that the indigo was NOT going to cover and turn my hair black. So when it did

I have black hair and have been using red raj and then indigo to cover my grays in a two step process. I have been having some issues with regular indigo, getting bad headaches after use. I got in touch with Henna Sooq and they guided me toward the organic indigo. I was thrilled with the results. The smell is not as strong and I got no headache this time. I was expecting a less effective dye coverage, but the coverage was amazing, even better than regular indigo. I only had it on for an hour and ended up covering all my henna stained grays. After 2 washes, it is still holding well. The color was jet black and complete. Organic indigo is the way to go, very superior product.
Perfect for coloring your grays

I used the indigo powder promptly after I rinsed out the jamila Henna out of my hair. My hair is bra strap length and I have African American hair. 200g of indigo is definitely necessary! I covered all my grays perfectly but I will add salt next time to help the indigo stick to my hair. All in all I'm VERY happy with the results and will be doing this again!! Thank you Hennasooq for providing a pure product to us, thank you for your YouTube videos, and thank you for answering all my questions diligently!!! ~Z~

I bought this to blend with henna for a reddish brown color on my hair, and it turned out beautifully! The indigo hasn't dulled out as some people have said it tends to do, and three months later, my hair is still a rich, vibrant reddish brown.
easy to use, nice color

I have brown-black asian hair with greys and use a 2:3 ratio of henna to indigo. Because of the stubborn greys, I leave it on for about 5-6 hours. The overall result is natural looking glossy brown highlights. My hair is healthier and more manageable than when I used chemical color. The included instructions are excellent and take the mystery out of preparing the henna and indigo. Nice to have a one-step option, too. The first time I henna'ed, I had it done at an organic salon. Expensive, but worth seeing the technique to then do it on my own with confidence.
Best Indigo I've tried

I've been using henna and indigo since 2003. I've tried many, many suppliers, but this one is the cream of the crop. I have deep black hair each and every time and it does not fade. I use 1T Himalaya salt per 100 grams to set the dye. Works like a charm. Other indigo lines are not as fresh and the color is not as deep. This one is the best there is.
