Amla Hair Oil

Amla oil is applied onto the hair after washing (and after henna and any herbal hair treatment). Add a dime amount of oil into your palm, and then rub it through the hair and massaged into the scalp to promote blood circulation. This also brings forth not only natural shine and soft texture, but rejuvenates dry and damaged hair. Brush your hair from top to bottom to get the oil evenly throughout your hair.

Amla oil may also be put directly into your henna or herbal paste. Add 1 tbsp per 50 grams of powder. This oil can also be used as an overnight oil treatment, and washed out in the morning. This is a very light oil and absorbs very well, and can also be left in.

How to store your oil: cool, dark place.

Organic Amla Powder

Amla powder is used to promote hair growth, maintain your curl pattern, or add volume to straight hair, and tones down the red of henna recipes.

Mixing amla for promoting hair growth and deep cleansing:

-For best results, add 1 tbsp of amla powder to 25 grams of your henna or cassia powder . OR -Mix powder (desired quantity) with warm to hot water. Let it cool. -Apply amla paste or mixed herbal blended paste in layers (and sections) starting from the front and moving towards the back. -Wrap your hair and allow to sit for 1-2 hours -Rinse or wash paste out.
