Your product return must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition. You must also receive authorization from us to return products.
To begin the return process simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All returns must be pre-approved.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment, or store credit can be issued.
Please note: 20% restocking fee applies on all returns.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less the shipping charges. If you choose to have your package reshipped additional shipping charges will apply.

While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return with insured postal service. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable.
Should your return or exchange results from an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs to us.
Please note: products purchased at any of Henna Sooq's retailers, must be returned to them directly.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Henna Sooq's Customer Service at 410-579-4543 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday EST or via email at info@hennasooq.com. We'll be happy to assist you.
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. No exceptions.
