Customer satisfaction is important to us, and goes beyond the point of sale. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, and must be accompanied with the following:
- receipt or packing slip (printed online)
- all original packaging
Your product return must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping fees. You must also receive authorization from us to return products.
To begin the return process simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All returns must be pre-approved.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment, or store credit can be issued.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less the shipping charges. If you choose to have your package reshipped additional shipping charges will apply.
The following items cannot be returned and are non-refundable:
- Fresh Henna and Jagua Paste & Cones
- Jagua Gel & Juice
- Product Samples
- Sale Products. All sales are final.
- Individual products purchased as part of a kit (the entire kit must be returned)
While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return with insured postal service. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable.
Should your return or exchange results from an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs to us.
Please note: products purchased at any of Henna Sooq's retailers, must be returned to them directly.
Sorry we don't offer any exchanges on returned products. No exceptions.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Henna Sooq's Customer Service at 410-579-4543 via our regular business hours or via email at email@example.com. We'll be happy to assist you.
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, it's very difficult for us to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
While we don't guarantee cancelations, if you contact us during business hours immediately after placing your order we will try to our very best to catch your order before it ships.
Henna Sooq does not accept retail store returns. When purchasing through one of our authorized resellers, you are required to return your item directly to the retail store location, or distributor. Our return policy only applies to online sales at www.HennaSooq.com and www.HennaSooq.ca
