This sweet honey bar is amazing!! my hair never felt this nourished!!!
I was deciding between this shampoo bar that was in the hair growth regimen targeted for fine and or delicate hair , or the Zephyrus shampoo knowing I tried the powder and the results of volume and body looked fantastic. I have used many shampoo bars, but this one has too many oils that way down fine hair. This may work for somebody that has fine hair, but with a lot of hair or a lot more texture. I’m fine hair with not a lot of hair and I feel if I have to just use small amount of suds on my hands to wash my hair I will feel like I’m not really cleaning my hair. I want to be able to take a bar and rub it in to my long strands. My hair just looks greasy and stringy after washing with it I tried it twice and got the same results. I have loved every product I have bought from Henna Sooq. Thin hair can easily get Greasy and Weighed down so if you do decide to get this shampoo bar, you’re gonna have to use it sparingly especially if you do not have a lot hair volume. I don’t know if they could reformulate another version of this bar with just a little bit of Camilla oil a very lightweight oil if it would make a difference for those that truly have fine hair. I have long hair down the middle of my back so hair growth and reducing hair fall is a hair goal of mine, but I also want to have volume as well I think that is a goal a lot of people with fine hair especially the longer you grow your hair the thinner it looks we really need that volume. To correct this result, I put a natural dry shampoo to try to reduce the greasy stringy look so if you are looking for volume I would definitely go for the Zephyrus powder or the premade shampoo. I had no problems with the cowash that is an amazing product.
Leaves my hair feeling very brassy and weird. I really wanted to like it.
I consider myself a type two with wavy hair. I really wanted to love this and I love that there’s no plastic packaging and it’s all natural but it left my hair feeling waxy and sticky. I had to wash it out with regular shampoo. I followed the directions on the box. It didn really lather. I used a quarter size piece of soap. Rubbed it between my hands with water, then applied to my hair.
Not easy to use. Follow instructions and lather in hands then apply to hair takes me 6 rounds (5 mins) just to get enough soap in my hair (short chin length bob). Leaves hair somewhat clean but staticky and greasy at the same time. For the price, I expect much more and better experience. I only use the bar when I have time to leisurely wash my hair. Also leaves hair smelling like 'hair' so not sure what other reviews are talking about it smelling "wonderful" and "amazing."
