General Information

The Henna Sooq now offers both USD and CAD purchases. We are the only henna company that offers this to clients.
To choose your appropriate store, either US or CAN, please click on the country flag that aplies to you, upon entering the shop page. These flags are located in the middle of this page towards the top.

Payments accepted are paypal, interac email money transfers (or bank transfer), money orders, or cash on local pick-ups. We accept USD and CAD. Mail  full payment to: 6933 Scarlet Oak Drive, Elkdridge, Maryland 21075

Henna Sooq is not a store you can visit and we do not have regular business hours. We are a home-based business. Local pick-ups are available, only by appointment. Please do not show up without an appointment but call us at (410) 579-4543 before hand. 

1. Paypal send payments to info@hennasooq.com. Signing up with paypal is easy just visit paypal.com. It’s also free!! It is safe and secure. Paypal can be used by American, Canadian, and International customers. 
    
2. Interac email money transfers are fast and simple. In Canada, (we have RBC) you can send your money transfer to hennasooq@gmail.com 
    
3.  Money orders are accepted in both Canadian and US currency.
    
4. Cash. We accept cash for local pick-ups only. 

Shipping Information

We ensure that all our packages are packaged properly and securely. We ensure fast delivery. All our orders within Canada, include a tracking number. Only orders over 1 kilogram to the United States will include tracking numbers. All orders are sent via Canada Post, or Courier. Rates vary. Shipping rates include packaging and handling fees. Shipments are sent out within two business days of receiving payment. If you need a rush order you MUST contact us beforehand. Fresh henna paste must be shipped by fastest method of shipping, usually Xpresspost, and additional fees apply. Our henna paste is also only shipped out Monday thru Wednesday to ensure fastest delivery. Please note that there is no shipping on Saturdays in Canada.

International Customers

All international customers must add their international shipping rates to their order before completing the transaction. (We incurr additional fees for every paypal transaction which we would like to avoid). You can do this by either contacting us beforehand and getting your invoice, or you can use the following information to adjust your shipping rate. (Please take into consideration that the packaging has weight of it's own that needs to be included)

Local Pick-up

Please choose local pick up option when shopping online. Orders may picked up locally by appointment only, please contact us. Cash and money orders are accepted at time of pick-up, and are preferable. Maryland residents, taxes may apply.

Return Policy

Please be aware that by purchasing any products from the Henna Sooq, that you are also agreeing with all of the terms stated in our shipping and return policy. Thank you

We want the best for our customers and ensure quality customer service and satisfaction. Our home is your home. If there has been something that is not to your satisfaction in your order please contact us immediately to resolve any issues. There is a 10-day policy to contact us, from date of receipt to report any products that have been damaged. After 10 days all exchanges are null and void. Henna Paste, Henna Powder, Henna Kits, and Essential oils are non-refundable as they are perishable. In order to return any other products they must be unused, and unopened.

We can issue you a refund on your products, or exchange them within the above stated time frame of our return policy. If you have found your products to be damaged in any way, we will replace your products free of charge. Shipping costs are never refunded, and if you need to return anything to us, then that will be at your own expense. We request that you either send us the damaged package back to us or send us digital camera photos of the damage.

We also are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping. If you prefer you may request insurance be placed on your products at an additional fee.

Please be aware that henna and essential oils are sensitive to temperature and sunlight, which can deteriorate them. We recommend you freeze your henna powder and henna paste, and refrigerate your essential oils. Keep natural hair care herbs in a cool, dark place.
