Mix fenugreek powder with full fat yogurt and/or a little warm to hot distilled water juice into a paste. Apply the mixture to your hair from root to tip and gently massage it into your scalp. Leave the mask on for about an hour or up to 2 hours for best results.
You can then wash it out and then use our cleansing cowash to remove the mask. You can then do a deep conditioning treatment. Then moisturize, dry and style as usual.
This mask recipe is excellent for promoting hair growth: Mix fenugreek powder (100 grams for up to shoulder length hair, adjust as needed) with 1 tsp of aloe vera powder, add 1-2 tbsp of your favorite hair oil and 6-7 drops of rosemary essential oil.

I mix a few spoonful's of the fenugreek powder with amla oil and coconut oil with warm water, put on my hair for about 30 minutes massaged into my scalp and shampoo and condition. It makes my curls pop! My curls are so moisturized and juicy and my hair has grown thicker. I love it!
Fenugreek & Goddess Hair are a match made in heaven!

I mix a small scoop of this with the Goddess Hair to give a little extra slip. Chef's kiss. Great product & smells so good.

This fenugreek.... my hair is thicker, healthier and paired with amla and aloe vera powders the growth is amazing.

I have been using fengreek seeds/ powder for about 3yrs now plus some other powders . I use it my masks, I also makes fengreek oil .
